    In case of purchasing a product of proper quality that did not fit in one way or another (for example, you bought a stove that did not fit the size), the customer can make an exchange or return within 10 days from the day of purchase. To do this, you need to go to the branch where the purchase was made with a passport, ID card or driver's license and a contract.     To process a return, prepare the following documents:

    1. Statement for the return of goods (processed in the store branch)
    2. Passport, ID card or driver's license

    List of goods that are not subject to return and exchange according to the 'Law on Consumer Protection':

    • Personal hygiene items (electric toothbrushes, trimmers, epilators, hair clippers, etc.)
    • Textile goods (bedding, towels, bathrobes)
    • Products and materials in contact with food products made of polymer materials, including those for single use (table and tea sets, metal dishes, etc.)
    • Technically complex household goods for which warranty periods have been established (smartphones, TVs, laptops, vacuum cleaners, small kitchen appliances — blenders, meat grinders, etc., electronic musical instruments)

    Important! A return is possible only if its commercial appearance, packaging and consumer properties are preserved, all items of equipment are present and it has not been in use.
